We want you to love your purchase. If you're not satisfied, here's our policy:

Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused and in original packaging.

Refunds

Once we receive your return, we'll process your refund within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.

Damaged Items

If your item arrives damaged, contact us at hello@dorm.rest with a photo and we'll send a replacement immediately.

Non-returnable Items

Opened personal care items cannot be returned for hygiene reasons.
